Combining the properties of Epsom Salt or Himalayan Salts, and the fragrance of pure essential oils to calm and relax your entire body! Enjoy some "me time" with your choice of bath soak! For maximum benefits, soak for at least 20 minutes. Each pouch will make approximately 3-4 baths, depending on how strong you like your scent. Can also be used to make a foot soak, or placed in the shower to create an aroma-filled steam shower.

Not only will the salt help pull toxins out of your skin and circulate blood flow, but it can also even help relax your body before bed by soothing sore muscles! Epsom Salt is also great to absorb amazing minerals and soothe sore muscles!

Directions: pour or scoop some salt into a warm bath, and soak for at least 20 minutes.
